Honda HA-420 Aileron Weight Replacement
If you own or operate a Honda Model HA-420 airplane, the FAA proposes a rule that would require replacing the affected left and right aileron fixed balance weights with reduced-geometry fixed balance weights. The action responds to a discovered gap that is less than the minimum required clearance between the trailing edge wing nut plates and the leading edge aileron balance weights to address an unsafe condition.
