No Antidumping Duties for Korean Pipes
If you import or sell heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWRPT) from the Republic of Korea, the U.S. Department of Commerce found they were not sold at less than fair value for the period September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023. That means no antidumping duties will be charged for those sales in that review period, so Korean producers and U.S. importers can continue trading without new fees for that timeframe.
