Railway Employee Reps Must File Form DC-2
If you are an employee representative of a railway labor organization, you must complete Form DC-2 (Employee Representative's Report of Compensation, OMB 3220-0014) to obtain or retain Railroad Retirement benefits. The Railroad Retirement Board proposes a minor change to the Paperwork Reduction Act notice section of Form DC-2, and it requests public comments; one response is requested from each respondent. The notice says the change is minor and will not add extra cost and that feedback can help make the form clearer.
