The document confirms, approves, and places into effect on an interim basis new provisional formula rates for UGP’s transmission and ancillary services under the Southwest Power Pool Open Access Transmission Tariff.
New rates replace extended schedules through 2030
If the Upper Great Plains region expands its participation in the Southwest Power Pool in the Western Interconnection, the new formula rates under Rate Schedules WAUGP-ATRR, WAUGP-DCTIE-IMEU, and WAUGP-AS1 will supersede the extended formula rates under WAUGP-ATRR, WAUGP-AS1, WAUW-AS3, WAUW-AS4, WAUW-AS5, WAUW-AS6, and WAUW-AS7. The extended formula rates being superseded expire on September 30, 2030.
