Investigations opened on solar cells imports
The U.S. International Trade Commission has started preliminary antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells (with or without modules) from India, Indonesia, and Laos, listed under HTS subheadings 8541.42.00 and 8541.43.00.
