Temporary Options Fee Cut
NYSE American temporarily lowered the Options Regulatory Fee (ORF) from $0.0038 to $0.0023 per options contract. The change was filed on July 16, 2025 and the Exchange proposes the lower rate to remain through December 31, 2025, after which the rate is set to revert to $0.0038 on January 1, 2026. The ORF is charged to ATP Holders for options cleared in the OCC Customer range and clearing firms may pass the change through to customers.
