BLM to Repatriate Native Remains
If you are a lineal descendant, an Indian Tribe, or a Native Hawaiian organization connected to human remains or unassociated funerary objects found on Federal or Tribal lands, the BLM Tucson Field Office intends to return those remains and objects to the prioritized descendants or tribes under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
