FY2026 Annual Fee for Recognized Bodies

Starting in fiscal year (FY) 2026, the FDA sets the annual fee rate that applies to already recognized accreditation bodies and accredited certification bodies in the FSMA third-party certification program. If you run or manage an accredited body, you will be charged this annual fee to keep your recognition and participation in the program.

Fee for Direct FDA Accreditation Applicants

The FDA announces the fee rate for certification bodies that apply for direct FDA accreditation in fiscal year 2026. If your certification body is seeking direct accreditation from FDA in FY2026, you will be required to pay the stated application fee.

Initial and Renewal Recognition Fees

For fiscal year 2026, the FDA announces the initial and renewal fee rates that accreditation bodies must pay when applying to be recognized in the FSMA third-party certification program. If you plan to apply for new recognition or renew recognition as an accreditation body, you will need to pay these application or renewal fees in FY2026.
