Five‑Year Review of Solar Duties

The U.S. International Trade Commission has started five‑year reviews under the Tariff Act of 1930 to decide whether to revoke countervailing and antidumping duty orders on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic (solar) products from China and the antidumping duty order on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan. If you import these solar products, the review could lead to either continuation or removal of those duties and so could change your import costs. Interested parties are asked to submit information to the Commission as part of the review process.
