Virginia Sneezeweed Proposed Delisting
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to remove Virginia sneezeweed (Helenium virginicum) from the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Plants. If finalized, the prohibitions and conservation measures in the Endangered Species Act, particularly those in sections 7 and 9, would no longer apply to Virginia sneezeweed.
