Many tariff and rate filings with near-term effective dates

The notice lists numerous 205(d) rate filings and market-based rate tariff revisions with effective dates in July, August, September, and October 2025 (examples include PGE–PacifiCorp cost reimbursement effective 9/28/2025; several Market-Based Rate Tariff revisions effective 8/1/2025; and Duke Energy Progress updated nuclear decommissioning expense effective 10/1/2025). Exempt Wholesale Generator self-certifications filed

Two companies submitted Notices of Self-Certification of Exempt Wholesale Generator status: Hashknife Energy Center LLC (filed July 30, 2025; comment date 5 p.m. ET August 20, 2025) and Arlington Valley Solar Energy, LLC (filed July 31, 2025; comment date 5 p.m. ET August 21, 2025).
