Online Direct Deposit Updates

You can use Form DDC-1 on the myRRB web portal (RRB.gov) to update your direct deposit information after completing the Login.gov identity verification process. Railroad annuitants, beneficiaries, and claimants may update direct deposit information as needed. The RRB will provide the information to the U.S. Department of the Treasury to process electronic fund transfers to the claimant's financial institution account.

Online Change of Mailing Address

You can use Form COA-1 on the myRRB web portal (RRB.gov) to change your mailing address after completing the Login.gov identity verification process. Railroad annuitants, beneficiaries, and claimants may request address updates as needed, and retirees with multiple residences can request two or more address changes annually. The RRB will use the information to verify name and address for benefit payments.

Login.gov Identity Verification Requirement

To use the Citizen-Centric Online Self-Services (CCOSS) on myRRB (RRB.gov), you must complete the Login.gov identity verification process before submitting Form COA-1 or Form DDC-1. This verification is required for initiating online address or direct deposit changes.
