TTC Connector, LLC applied to build a new 25-mile, 20-inch natural gas pipeline in Colorado and Wharton Counties, Texas, with an 11,000 horsepower gas-fired compressor station. The Project would provide up to 300,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/day) of firm transportation capacity and has an estimated cost of $114,310,882.
Environmental review within 90 days
Within 90 days of this notice, FERC staff will either complete the environmental review and place it in the public record or issue a Notice of Schedule for Environmental Review. If a Notice of Schedule is issued, it will include milestones and the date FERC staff expects to issue the final environmental impact statement (FEIS) or environmental assessment (EA); federal authorizations must be completed within 90 days after issuance of the FEIS or EA.

Anyone may file comments, protests, or a motion to intervene in the FERC proceeding for this project. The deadline to file a motion to intervene or to submit comments or protests is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on August 25, 2025, and there is no fee to file.

FERC's Office of Public Participation (OPP) will assist members of the public, including landowners, community organizations, and Tribal members, to access information and make filings. The notice also says an individual does not need to own property directly impacted by the project in order to file a motion to intervene.
