Training Providers Quarterly Reporting

Training providers (1,000 from FY2021 and 50 from FY2024) must report data on a quarterly basis for FY2021 providers and once for FY2024 providers. The notice lists Training Provider time estimates as 30 minutes per provider and also cites an average 16.7 hours for the quarterly data collection on training providers and their participants.

System Lead Entities Reporting Burden

System Lead Entities (32 from FY2021 and 8 from FY2024) must submit system-level information. The notice estimates semiannual system-level data collection at an average of 2 hours per response and lists System Lead Entity responses at 1 hour each.

Participant One-Time Survey Requirement

Individuals who participate in EDA-funded regional workforce training (5,000 participants cited from FY2021) must respond once to the participant data collection. The notice estimates participant responses will take about 5 minutes each; FY2024 participants will be collected via a separate instrument.
