The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that producers and exporters in the Republic of Türkiye of common alloy aluminum sheet received countervailable subsidies during the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Because of that finding, those companies might have to pay extra fees called countervailing duties when selling common alloy aluminum sheet in the United States. This is a preliminary result and the final decision could change.
