Assets Blocked for Named SDN Individuals
The Treasury’s OFAC added one or more people to its Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List. All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of those named persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. If you are a U.S. person or business dealing with these named individuals, you cannot generally transact with them and any covered assets are frozen.
