Public comment chance on hydropower relicensing
If you are a local resident, landowner, community organization, or Tribal member near the Phoenix Hydroelectric Project (3.18 megawatts) on the Oswego, Oneida, and Seneca Rivers in Onondaga and Oswego Counties, you can review and comment on the Environmental Assessment. The Commission will issue the EA on August 11, 2026, and it will consider all comments when deciding whether to relicense the project.
