Investigation of Pulp Imports Begun

The U.S. International Trade Commission has started antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into high purity dissolving pulp imported from Brazil and Norway (HTS subheading 4702.00.00). The Commission must make a preliminary determination by September 26, 2025 and send its views to the Department of Commerce by October 3, 2025.
