Debarment after AECA Conviction

If you were convicted of violating, or conspiring to violate, the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), the Department of State has imposed statutory debarment under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). That debarment bans you from participating in defense exports. The action is effective immediately.
