Palo Duro filed on August 1, 2025 to lease and operate capacity on an existing Header Pipeline that crosses the Texas Panhandle into western Oklahoma and to operate its roughly 275-mile, 16-inch pipeline from Nolan County, Texas to Wheeler County, Texas. The company also seeks a blanket Part 284 certificate for open access transportation service, which affects businesses that transport or ship natural gas.
