If your company holds contracts that involve consulting services with certain covered foreign entities, contracting officers are prohibited from awarding your firm new contracts assigned certain NAICS (industry) codes. This rule implements a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 and takes effect now.
