New OFAC SDN Listings Freeze Assets
The Treasury’s OFAC added one or more people to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. All of those persons’ property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. This action is effective immediately.
