Fee applies to certain securities purchases
The $138.10 per $1,000,000 fee rate also applies to fees collected under Section 13(e) for specified purchases of securities. This adjusted fee rate is effective October 1, 2025.
Fee applies to proxy solicitations and tender offers
The $138.10 per $1,000,000 fee rate also applies to fees collected under Section 14(g) for specified proxy solicitations and specified tender offers. This adjusted fee rate is effective on October 1, 2025.
