PREIS Grantees Must Submit Final Reports
If you are a PREIS grant recipient, you are required to carry out a local evaluation of your program and submit a final evaluation report to the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) documenting your analyses and findings. ACF is requesting approval of a Final Evaluation Report Template to guide those required reports.
ACF Provides Template and Technical Assistance
ACF will provide a standard Final Evaluation Report Template and technical assistance (TA) to PREIS grantees to support developing and submitting the final reports. The notice states this support will help grantees finish reports on time and keep the program running smoothly without extra costs.
