Preliminary dumping finding for pasta
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily found that La Molisana, S.p.A. and Pastificio Lucio Garofalo S.p.A. sold certain pasta from Italy in the U.S. at less than normal value during the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. This is a preliminary result in an antidumping administrative review and Commerce has invited interested parties to comment before a final decision.
