Volunteer Pilot of Reporting Portal
HUD is running a voluntary demonstration that will include about nine participants from three HUD grant programs to test a new online financial reporting portal. Participants will submit supporting financial evidence (including subrecipient information), give feedback, and help HUD refine the portal and reporting process.
Stronger Financial Oversight to Curb Fraud
The demonstration is designed to help HUD collect and analyze better financial evidence from recipients and their partners so HUD can reduce the risk of fraud, waste, and abuse across grant programs. HUD will use findings from the pilot to understand what business process changes may be needed by recipients in the future.
