West Virginia Enforces Updated Air Rules

On January 21, 2025, the EPA acknowledged that West Virginia may implement and enforce updated National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and New Source Performance Standards (NSPS). If you run a regulated facility in West Virginia, your business must follow those updated standards and the State will enforce them; the notice does not announce any new costs.
