Summary
The NYSE American and NYSE Arca want to let people trade options on Commodity-Based Trust Shares, which are special investment products. The SEC is taking extra time to decide if this change is a good idea, so no final decision is out yet. This affects investors and traders who might get new ways to invest, but it won’t cost anyone money right now.
