How to Request to Speak at Meeting

If you want to present oral comments, you must notify the Contact Person at least 10 days before the October 29, 2025 meeting and submit a letter of intent with a short description. Only one representative per organization may speak, presentations may be limited to five minutes, and printed and electronic copies are requested.

Written Comments May Be Submitted

Anyone may file written comments with the committee by sending a statement to the Contact Person. The statement should include your name, address, telephone number, and, if applicable, business or professional affiliation.

On-Campus Security and ID Rules for Visitors

Visitors attending the in-person meeting at NIH must follow NIH visitor security procedures, including showing one form of ID and having visitor vehicles inspected before campus entry. The NIH security procedures webpage provides details for entrance to on-campus and off-campus facilities.
