Amended Dumping Margin for Italian Steel

On September 3, 2025 the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final judgment in Officine Tecnosider SRL v. United States. Because of that judgment, the Department of Commerce is amending the antidumping duty (dumping margin) assigned to Officine Tecnosider s.r.l. for the review period May 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021. If you import or sell this specific cut-to-length steel plate from Italy, expect an update to the extra duty that could change your costs.
