The DFC will disclose records from its systems DFC/01, DFC/02, and DFC/03 to the Department of the Treasury so Treasury can check payment and award eligibility through the Do Not Pay Working System. This disclosure is to identify, prevent, or recoup improper payments and is done in compliance with M-25-32 and Executive Order 14249.
