Named Persons' U.S. Assets Frozen
If you are one of the persons OFAC named on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List), all property and interests in property of yours that are subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked. That means your money and property in the United States are frozen.
U.S. Persons Barred From Dealing
You, as a U.S. person, are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with the individuals or entities OFAC added to the SDN List. Americans cannot do business with these blocked persons and must avoid transactions involving their blocked property.
