Four-month waiver of Gross FOCUS fee
If you are an ETP Holder on NYSE Arca, the Exchange will waive the Gross FOCUS fee from September 2, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The Gross FOCUS fee is normally $0.069 per $1,000 of gross revenue reported on the FOCUS Report, and you will not be charged that fee during this four-month Waiver Period.
Fee set to resume January 1, 2026
The Exchange intends to resume charging the Gross FOCUS fee on January 1, 2026 at the current rate (currently $0.069 per $1,000 of gross revenue) unless it files a further adjustment with the SEC. That means ETP Holders should expect the fee to apply again starting January 1, 2026.
