Four‑Month Waiver of Gross FOCUS Fee
If you are a New York Stock Exchange member organization, the Exchange is waiving the Gross FOCUS fee from September 2, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The fee is normally $0.11 per $1,000 of gross revenue (with minimum annual amounts of $500 for carrying firms and designated market makers, $250 for introducing firms, and $45 for firms that do not conduct a public business). All member organizations are eligible for the waiver and it is effective immediately upon the Exchange's September 2, 2025 filing.
Gross FOCUS Fee Resumption Planned in 2026
The Exchange intends to resume charging the Gross FOCUS fee on January 1, 2026 at the current rate unless it files to change the rate. When resumed, the fee would apply on the same basis as before (the current rate is $0.11 per $1,000 of gross revenue and the same minimum annual amounts noted above).
