The Coast Guard will set up a special safety zone on the Clinch River near Oak Ridge, TN, from December 12 through December 13, 2025. Persons and vessels may not enter the regulated area during those dates unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.

No Fees for Authorization

The rule notes that no fees will be charged in connection with the special local regulation for the Clinch River regatta on December 12–13, 2025. If you need authorization to enter the regulated area, you should still obtain it but will not be charged a fee for that authorization.
