DoD rules likely to affect small businesses
The Department of Defense's Unified Agenda lists regulatory and deregulatory actions it plans to take over the next 12 months and says its printed agenda entries include rules that are "likely to have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities" under the Regulatory Flexibility Act. Small businesses should expect possible new DoD rules and reviews between now and fall 2025 (the agenda updates the report published December 13, 2024).
Public can comment on proposed DoD rules
You may submit comments on individual proposed and interim final DoD rulemakings at www.regulations.gov during the comment period that follows publication of those rules in the Federal Register. The Unified Agenda entries described here will be available online at www.reginfo.gov and the next agenda will publish in the fall of 2025.
