Free public hybrid meeting May 4, 2026
The National Advisory Board on Medical Rehabilitation Research will hold a hybrid public meeting on May 4, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can attend in person at 6710 B Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817 or watch online via the NIH Videocast (https://videocast.nih.gov/). Registration is not required to attend.

Any interested person may file written comments with the committee by forwarding a statement to the Contact Person. Statements should include the name, address, telephone number, and, when applicable, the business or professional affiliation of the sender.
Apply to present oral comments (10-day notice)
If you want to present oral comments, you must notify the Contact Person at least 10 days before the meeting and submit a letter of intent, a brief description of your organization (if any), and a short description of the oral presentation. Only one representative per organization may present, and accepted presentations may be limited to five minutes; both printed and electronic copies are requested for the record.

Individuals who plan to attend in person or view the virtual meeting and need special assistance or other reasonable accommodation should notify the Contact Person listed in the notice in advance of the meeting.
On-campus security rules for visitors
Visitors attending the meeting on campus will be subject to NIH security procedures: vehicles (including taxis and shuttles) will be inspected, and on-campus visitors will be asked to show one form of identification (for example, a government-issued photo ID, driver's license, or passport) and state the purpose of their visit, per the notice and the NIH visitor-information link.
