The U.S. International Trade Commission scheduled the final phase of antidumping investigation No. 731-TA-1733 to decide whether a U.S. industry is materially injured, threatened with material injury, or that the establishment of an industry is materially retarded by imports of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) from China. The imports are listed under HTSUS subheadings 2929.10.80 and 3909.31.00, and the Department of Commerce preliminarily determined those imports were sold at less-than-fair-value.
