Customer Fee for NDX Doubles
If you trade Nasdaq 100 options (NDX or NDXP) as a Customer, the Exchange will raise the per-contract fee from $0.25 to $0.50 for electronic simple and complex executions and for floor transactions. The change was filed on September 24, 2025 and becomes operative on October 1, 2025. Non-Customer orders remain charged $0.75 per contract.
