Import ban on certain synthetic hair
The U.S. International Trade Commission issued a limited exclusion order barring entry into the United States of certain pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and packaging when imported by or on behalf of A- Hair Import Inc. (A-Hair); Crown Pacific Group Inc. (Crown Pacific); Loc N Products, LLC (Loc N); Vivace, Inc. d/b/a Dae Do Inc. (Dae Do); and Zugoo Import Inc. (Zugoo). The order prevents those named companies from importing the specified infringing products.
Cease-and-desist orders against five importers
The Commission also issued cease and desist orders (CDOs) against A-Hair, Crown Pacific, Loc N, Vivace (d/b/a Dae Do), and Zugoo. The CDOs are directed at those Defaulting Respondents to stop the infringing activity related to the specified pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and its packaging.
