Analyzed Economic Effects

4 provisions identified: 2 benefits, 0 costs, 2 mixed.

Natural Gas Rate & Refund Filings

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission received multiple natural gas pipeline filings (dockets RP25-1162 through RP25-1167) including an annual cash-out report and penalty revenue crediting reports covering January–June 2025 and 2025. The filings also include a joint petition for a limited waiver and 4(d) rate filings; these filings relate to pipeline rates and refunds and therefore relate to how pipeline customers are billed.

Negotiated Rates Effective Oct 1, 2025

Two filings (RP25-1166 and RP25-1167) are 4(d) negotiated-rate filings listed "to be effective 10/1/2025" for Alliance Pipeline L.P. and Midcontinent Express Pipeline LLC. These filings request implementation of negotiated rates with an effective date of October 1, 2025.

Deadlines to Comment or Intervene

If you want to intervene, protest, or comment, you must file by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the docket-specific dates: October 6, 2025 for docket RP25-1165 and October 14, 2025 for the other listed dockets. Protests may be considered, but intervention is necessary to become a party to the proceeding.
