Notice

Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce found that some Indian glycine producers got unfair government help during 2023. Preliminary countervailing duties on Indian glycine

The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that some producers and exporters of glycine from India received countervailable subsidies for the period January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. As a result, Commerce is starting the process to impose countervailing duties (extra fees) on imports of glycine from India tied to that review.
