Listed Pesticides Cancelled Oct 15, 2025
The EPA is cancelling the pesticide product registrations listed in this notice effective October 15, 2025. After that date, companies and people may not sell, distribute, or use those listed products except as allowed by the cancellation order's specific terms.
Non-Payment Leads to Cancellation
EPA cancelled certain FIFRA section 3 and 24(c) registrations for non-payment of the 2025 pesticide registration maintenance fee, effective October 15, 2025. Under FIFRA, the annual maintenance fee is due by January 15 each year and registrations for which the fee is not paid are subject to cancellation by order and without a hearing.
Fee Waiver for Minor Agricultural Uses
EPA may reduce or waive the annual registration maintenance fee for minor agricultural use pesticides when the Agency determines the fee would likely cause a significant impact on the availability of the pesticide for that use. This is a discretionary relief option tied to fee impacts on availability.
Existing Stocks Use Restricted by Order
The cancellation order says any distribution, sale, or use of existing stocks of the cancelled products is allowed only if it follows the specific terms in the order (including existing stocks provisions). Doing otherwise would violate FIFRA.
