VA Rescinds Labor Coverage Suspension

The Department of Veterans Affairs is canceling its April 17, 2025 order that had suspended parts of Executive Order 12171. As of publication (November 13, 2025), employees at the listed VA facilities and represented by the named unions (including Milwaukee, WI; Little Rock, AR; Loma Linda, CA; Coatesville, PA; Cheyenne, WY; Honolulu, HI; and employees represented by LIUNA) will again be subject to sections 1-402 or 1-404 of E.O. 12171.
