EPA Partly Grants Sierra Club Petition
The EPA Administrator issued an order dated September 16, 2025, that granted in part and denied in part a Sierra Club petition challenging Title V operating permit no. 69734 for the Apache Generating Station (issued by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality to Arizona Electric Power Cooperative Inc.) in Cochise County, Arizona.
