If you are a lender using EXIM Bank guarantees, EXIM updated the electronic EIB 12-01 disbursement approval form that lenders complete through EXIM Online. EXIM estimates 150 respondents annually, about 30 minutes per respondent (75 annual burden hours), and identifies the form by OMB number 3048-0049.
