Cease-and-Desist Orders Against Named Firms

The ALJ issued a Preliminary Recommended Determination (Sept. 17, 2025) recommending cease and desist orders (CDOs) against Maomaohouse (Shenzhen), HealthSTEC (Hefei), Lishian (Shenzhen), and Le Sengyu (Guangzhou). If the Commission issues CDOs after finding a violation, those named respondents could be ordered to stop importing or selling the subject products in the United States.

Possible U.S. Ban on Splash Guards

In Investigation No. 337-TA-1430, an Administrative Law Judge recommended a general exclusion order (GEO) directed to "certain urine splash guards and components thereof." If the Commission finds a violation, it may exclude those articles from entry into the United States, which could restrict availability of those products in U.S. markets.
