Several registered closed-end management investment companies and business development companies asked the SEC for permission to co-invest together and with certain affiliated investment entities in portfolio companies under sections 17(d) and 57(i) of the Investment Company Act and rule 17d-1. The application was filed January 7, 2025 and was amended on May 6, 2025, September 4, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
