If you are a military spouse, the Department of Defense plans to collect information through the Spouse Education and Career Opportunities (SECO) program using a voluntary 30‑minute form. The collection estimates 24,247 respondents once per year, totaling 12,124 annual burden hours, and the data will build spouse profiles and prepopulate tools like resume builders and career and education planning resources to help improve services.
