Some Farm Goods Removed From Tariffs
The President ordered that certain agricultural products will not be subject to the reciprocal ad valorem tariffs imposed under Executive Order 14257, as amended. This change is effective for goods entered for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern standard time on November 13, 2025. If you import or trade those specific agricultural goods, they will no longer be covered by those reciprocal tariff rates starting on that date.
Harmonized Tariff Schedule Updated Globally
The Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States will be modified as provided in Annex I to this order, with those modifications effective for goods entered for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern standard time on November 13, 2025. Where implementation requires refunds of duties already collected, refunds will be processed under applicable law and U.S. Customs and Border Protection procedures.
Annexes Updated for Aligned Partners
Updated versions of Annex II to Executive Order 14257 and the Annex to Executive Order 14346 titled 'Potential Tariff Adjustments for Aligned Partners' are attached to this order and become effective for goods entered for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01 a.m. eastern standard time on November 13, 2025. These annex changes identify products and potential tariff adjustments that relate to aligned partners.
